CRITICAL DATA QUALITY & OUTREACH COMPLIANCE TERMS

Notice: By purchasing and downloading this Global Email Clean Leads Package, you (the Subscriber) explicitly accept, bind yourself to, and take full responsibility for the data deployment regulations below.

1. THE 95%+ DELIVERABILITY REPUTATION GUARANTEE:
Every record in this dataset has been deeply processed via our advanced semantic syntax engines and verified directly against active Cloud DNS servers to strip out dead infrastructure and formatting anomalies. We guarantee a baseline data cleanliness footprint of 95%+. No fake domains, no un-allocated TLD structures, and no pre-screening junk.

2. COMPULSORY ENGAGEMENT DELAY SAFEGUARD:
To maintain the high deliverability score of these contacts and protect your outbound mail servers from triggering protective blocks, you are strictly required to ingest these profiles into a throttled workflow. We strongly command a compulsory delay of 20 seconds between each transmission pass to allow destination server pools to accept data cleanly.

Immediate Data Access & Protection Rule: Because these verified leads are delivered as instant digital asset downloads (`.csv` / `.txt` matrix), all sales are final once download tokens are issued. This dynamic isolation ensures our master corporate lanes remain fresh, unshared, and high-performing for your campaigns.

3. DATA INDEMNIFICATION & CORPORATE WAIVER:
CD Tech Digital Solutions provides zero-bounce tier business context leads for outreach optimization. The subscriber assumes total responsibility for the text body variations, anti-fingerprinting rotations, and compliance rules executed during transmission. CD Tech stands free of liability for external pipeline blocks or sender domain scoring variables.

All acquired list arrays are compiled straight from valid, verified corporate endpoints. Proceeding to checkout implies full acceptance of this data delivery architecture.
